Working experience: "At least 7 to 8 years experience in Manufacturing Industry, product costing, financial reporting, MIS and UAE VAT return filing. Competent in General Accounting activities of the company.
Working Skills: "Self starter and an analyst having in depth knowledge of accounting priniciples, efficient with accoutning software, Tally ERP, proficient in Excel, hand on experience in budgeting and cost control.
Job Descriptions:
"1.Provide all the assistance to the Sales Staff in all clerical activities.
2.Maintaining custody of all accounting documents pertaining to the company.
3.Verifying and accounting all documents in accordance with the established policies and procedures.
4.Ensure the proper approvals are obtained as per the delegations of authority chart for all documents.
5.Accurate coding of all documents before input into the accounting system.
6.Preparing monthly Bank reconciliation statements by 10th of the month for the previous month.
7.Data entry of all salary documents, preparation of monthly salary, salary reports and obtaining approval and signature of Salary transfer letter.
8.Preparing asset addition statement, monthly depreciation schedule, preparing JV for additions and deletions. Year-end-Audit preparing schedules, obtaining balance confirmation etc. Preparing drafts account, coordinating with external auditors for the year end accounts.
9.Preparation of income accrual statement every month.
10.Assist the Finance Manager in preparation of the annual budget in accordance to the time frame provided.
