- Works 9 hours a day, 6 days a week
- Able to manage 8 to 10 employees
- Able to track employee related transactions (i.e. employee leaves, employee attendance, employee letter requests, visas, medical insurance .etc.)
- Able to resolve employee’s issues
- Assign duties to florists
- Able to monitor quality of arrangements
- Able to present new designs of flower arrangements for all occasions
- Able to handle clients complains and resolve it professionally
- Prepare daily delivery schedules
- Able to take professional pictures of arrangements
- Perform flower inspections once received from suppliers
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Excellent computer skills (google search, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
- Able to use POS system
- Attend meetings to understand clients requests
- Prepare quotations
- Prepare presentations for confirmed events
- Able to draft professional emails and respond to client requests
- Able to handle social media accounts (Instagram, snapchat, facebook, twitter….etc)
- Safeguard company assets (inventory and Assets)
