Executive Secretary Vacancy in Dubai

• Answer and manage incoming calls
• Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications.
• Handles confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
• Able to do English to Arabic translation
• Drafting and formatting correspondences
• Handles petty cash
• perform other ad-hoc tasks that may be deemed necessary.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be Arab (Female) and possess 5 years UAE experience as an Executive Secretary in a Group of companies or a large organization based in UAE. Have excellent communication skills written and spoken in Arabic and English and have excellent computer skills. Must be able to start immediately.
