Responsible to the front of house daily shift operational activities of the store and ensure that the customer is satisfied in the quality and work standard is being observed in work area

Principal Accountabilities

1) Greet and welcome customers, phone answering, product knowledge, menu knowledge, able to apply selling technique’s, cash handling, fast and accurate order taking, all payment procedures.

2) Strictly follows HACCAP procedures.

3) Set up and clean front of the house service areas.

4) Strictly follows customer service company guidelines.

5) Strictly follow reporting procedures.

6) Strictly follow personal hygiene rules.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma

• 2 years’ experience as Cashier/ Waiter in QSR restaurants.

• Good Communication, Strong Customer service, Ability to work in the team
